Colorado Rug and Fiber Guild (CRFG)

The Colorado Rug and Fiber Guild was formed as Chapter 123 of the Association of Traditional Hooking Artists (ATHA) in June of 2010.

Our by-laws reflect our focus on education, and we have monthly programs to actively encourage members to try new techniques and expand their fiber/art horizons.

We welcome visitors and new members regardless of any experience in the fiber arts!

The national organization -- the Association of Traditional Hooking Artists (ATHA) -- puts out a great four-color magazine, "ATHA Art of Rug Hooking", that is delivered six (6) times a year. The magazine features rugs by region, techniques, resources for wool and supplies, rug hooking chapters by state, occasional patterns and more.

Click the button below to visit the ATHA National Website. Members can log in on that website for free downloadable patterns and to read articles on many rug hooking techniques, dye lessons and finishes.
